Additive: sodium fluoride + sodium heparin/EDTA.
The tubes contain anticoagulant and еру glucose stabilizer.
Adiition of sodium fluoride and EDTA into the test tube allows to prevent blood glucose destruction (glycolysis) and keep its level in the taken sample of blood.

Conditions of centrifugation:
1100 – 1300g for 10 min. Tubes should be centrifuged immediately after taking blood samples. |
